To ensure that all AEGET promotional campaigns are conducted in a fair, transparent, and orderly manner, any user participating in official AEGET campaigns (including but not limited to deposit campaigns, trading campaigns, referral campaigns, airdrops, lucky draws, and other promotional activities) shall be deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to these Campaign Reward Terms & Conditions. If the rules of an individual campaign conflict with these Terms & Conditions, the specific campaign announcement shall prevail.
I. Eligibility
- Users must complete the platform's required Identity Verification (KYC) and meet all eligibility requirements specified in the relevant campaign announcement.
- Certain campaigns require users to complete registration before participating. Users who fail to register as required or register after the specified deadline will not be included in the campaign statistics.
- If a campaign is subject to restrictions based on region, product, or user category, the corresponding campaign announcement shall prevail.
II. Data Calculation
- Campaign data (including but not limited to trading volume, net deposits, and other qualifying metrics) shall only include valid data generated within the campaign period specified in the campaign announcement.
- For campaigns requiring registration, all eligible data will be counted only after successful registration. Data generated prior to registration will not be included.
- For Perpetual Futures trading, only successfully executed orders will be counted. Unfilled orders, cancelled orders, and abnormal transactions will not be included in the calculation.
- For campaigns involving consecutive check-ins, consecutive trading days, or similar requirements, if the user fails to meet the required conditions during any calculation period, the consecutive record will be reset in accordance with the campaign announcement.
- Unless otherwise specified, all campaign times are based on UTC+8, and each calendar day is calculated from 00:00 to 23:59 (UTC+8).
III. Reward Distribution
- Unless otherwise specified in the campaign announcement, rewards will be distributed after the campaign has ended and the qualification review has been completed, generally within 7 business days.
- Spot rewards, including USDT, will be credited to the user's Spot Account. Physical prizes require users to provide valid shipping information as requested.
- If a winning user fails to submit the required claim information within the specified period, or if the reward cannot be delivered due to the user's own reasons, the user shall be deemed to have voluntarily forfeited the reward.
- Unless otherwise specified, the same user may not participate in multiple campaigns of the same type simultaneously. For a single campaign, only the highest reward tier achieved by the user will be awarded once. Rewards cannot be claimed multiple times or combined.
IV. Referral Campaigns
- In referral campaigns, the referred user must register through the referrer's exclusive referral link or referral code, and a valid referral relationship must be successfully established.
- The referred user must satisfy the effective user requirements specified in the relevant campaign announcement before the referral reward can be counted.
V. Prohibited Conduct
To maintain a fair campaign environment, the platform strictly prohibits any improper conduct intended to obtain campaign rewards, including but not limited to:
- Bulk account registration or fraudulent account creation;
- Operating multiple accounts, self-referrals, or arbitrage through related accounts;
- Wash trading, fake trading (including but not limited to matched trading, volume manipulation, self-trading), abnormal trading activities, or any other non-genuine trading behavior;
- Using software, bots, system vulnerabilities, or any other technical means to obtain rewards;
- Providing false identity information or impersonating another person to participate in campaigns;
- Any other conduct that violates platform rules or infringes upon the legitimate rights and interests of the platform or other users.
The platform's risk control system reserves the right to review campaign data and user behavior. If any of the above violations or other abnormal risk situations are identified, the platform reserves the right to take one or more of the following actions based on the actual circumstances:
- Adjust, reduce, postpone, or cancel campaign rewards. For users who trigger the platform's risk control review but whose violations do not warrant disqualification, the platform reserves the right to adjust the reward amount based on the risk assessment results, including but not limited to distributing 25%, 50%, 75%, or any other reasonable proportion of the original reward. The final distribution ratio shall be determined at the platform's sole discretion.
- Disqualify the user from participating in the campaign, revoke or recover any rewards already distributed, together with any associated benefits derived therefrom.
- Take any other actions permitted under the AEGET User Agreement and other applicable platform rules.
VI. Campaign Adjustments
If the normal operation of a campaign is affected by changes in market conditions, system upgrades, network interruptions, force majeure events, regulatory requirements, or any other reasonable circumstances, the platform reserves the right, to the extent permitted by applicable laws and regulations, to adjust, suspend, terminate, or conclude the campaign early, including but not limited to modifying the campaign period, campaign rules, reward structure, and reward distribution arrangements.
The platform reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether such adjustments will be separately announced or notified and may make such adjustments without prior notice.
VII. Disclaimer
Digital asset trading involves market risks. Users should fully understand the associated risks and make independent investment decisions. Any campaign organized by the platform does not constitute investment advice or a guarantee of returns.
VIII. Final Interpretation
AEGET reserves the right of final interpretation of these Terms & Conditions and all official campaigns. AEGET also reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions from time to time in accordance with business development and operational requirements. Any updated Terms & Conditions will become effective upon publication through AEGET's official channels.
