I. Agreement Overview

Platform Role & Responsibilities

AEGET is a global social trading platform that offers copy trading services for individual investors. AEGET provides the copy trading function but does not participate in any specific trading decisions or operations made by users. All trading activities, including those based on signals from Copy Traders, are independently executed by the user, and all risks and outcomes are solely the user's responsibility.

Risk and Liability

AEGET is not liable for any gains or losses incurred by users from trading activities unless there is clear evidence that AEGET has acted negligently or is directly responsible for a specific issue.

Information Disclaimer

All content and information provided on the AEGET platform, including but not limited to market forecasts, charts, indicators, and theories, are for informational purposes only. Users are expected to make independent judgments and bear all risks resulting from reliance on such information.

Trader Information & Performance Data

Information and historical data provided for Copy Traders are reviewed by AEGET but are not guaranteed. AEGET assumes no responsibility for any losses resulting from reliance on such data.

Service Interruptions & Disclaimer

AEGET is not responsible for any interruptions, errors, or delays in service caused by third-party partners, network providers, or telecom operators, unless there is clear evidence of AEGET’s fault.

Copy Trading Authorization & Commission

By enabling the copy trading function, users authorize AEGET to execute trades on their behalf. Users agree to allow AEGET to deduct commissions or rewards from net profits generated through copy trading according to the set rules. Users acknowledge and accept the model and its associated risks.

II. Copy Trading Risk Disclosure

Risk of Copy Trading Feature

The copy trading feature is speculative in nature and may result in losses exceeding the copied amount. It includes automated execution of trades (both opening and closing), and transactions may occur without manual intervention.

Independent Decision-Making & Responsibility

Users should base their decisions on their own financial status and investment goals. AEGET does not provide investment advice. Users assume full responsibility for any actions taken based on information or services provided by the platform.

Account Performance Variance

Users’ manual interventions or modifications to copy trade instructions may cause performance to diverge from the original strategy. Withdrawals by the trader may also affect the follower's account performance.

Past Performance Disclaimer

Historical performance, risk ratios, and related statistics of Copy Traders are for reference only and do not guarantee future returns. Real profits and losses may vary due to market conditions, user settings, or account balances.

III. User Declarations

Independent Decision-Making

All investment decisions are made independently by the user, who assumes full responsibility for any outcomes.

Copy Trading Authorization

By enabling copy trading, users authorize AEGET to execute trades on their behalf. Users understand and accept the associated risks, including that past performance of Copy Traders does not represent future results.

Profit sharing Deduction Authorization

Users agree that AEGET may deduct commissions or rewards from the monthly net profits of closed trades, according to the set profit structure, and transfer them to the corresponding Copy Trader. Users acknowledge and accept the risk involved in copy trading.
