I. Scope
These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "Agreement") apply to all Event Contracts traded on the AEGET platform. Before participating in Event Contracts, you must read, understand, and agree to all terms herein. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, please do not use Event Contract services.
II. Definitions
1. Event Contract: A fixed-payout derivative based on predictions of future price movements of specified crypto assets.
2. Premium: The fixed fee paid by users to participate in an Event Contract.
3. Expiry and Settlement: At expiry, the system automatically determines profit or loss based on the price index and prediction direction.
4. Fixed Payout: If the prediction is correct, the user receives a predetermined payout. If incorrect, the user loses the full premium.
III. Trading Mechanism
1. All Event Contracts are denominated in USDT and executed on the AEGET platform.
2. Users can select supported trading pairs (e.g., BTCUSDT, ETHUSDT) and directions (up/down).
3. Orders are final upon submission and cannot be cancelled or closed early. They are settled at expiry.
4. Contracts show both potential payout and premium upfront, and users must understand the risks before confirming.
IV. Fees
1. No additional transaction or liquidation fees. Only the one-time premium is required.
2. The premium is the user's maximum foreseeable loss.
3. Successful predictions result in a fixed payout according to the rate shown at order submission.
V. Trading Limits
1. Users must comply with platform-set limits on daily loss and open positions.
2. Each user’s daily loss limit is 20,000 USDT, including the potential loss of unsettled orders.
3. Once the cap is reached, new orders will be restricted.
VI. Platform Rights
1. AEGET reserves the right to modify product parameters, tradable pairs, limits, and payouts at any time based on market conditions.
2. AEGET may suspend or terminate Event Contract services without prior notice.
3. AEGET reserves the right to reject any order submission or execution without explanation.
VII. User Obligations
1. Ensure sufficient USDT balance to cover the premium.
2. Users bear full responsibility for outcomes of their trading behavior, including losses due to wrong predictions, market volatility, or operational errors.
3. Users must not engage in any illegal or non-compliant activities using the platform.
VIII. Risk Disclosure & Disclaimer
1. Product Risk: Event Contracts are high-risk derivatives and may not be suitable for users with low risk tolerance.
2. Market Volatility: Settlement is tied to the underlying asset price, which may be affected by macroeconomic, liquidity, and policy changes. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
3. Payout Structure: Premium is fixed and upfront. No margin is required. Incorrect predictions may lead to rapid capital loss, especially if repeated.
4. User Responsibility: Users bear full legal and financial responsibility for their trades. AEGET is not liable for losses due to volatility, system failures, network interruptions, or user error.
5. Risk Management Recommendations:
- Do not trade with funds beyond your risk tolerance;
- Set reasonable trade size and daily loss limits;
- Understand the product, its logic, and settlement mechanism before trading;
- Avoid overtrading when uncertain;
- Seek advice from financial professionals if needed.
IX. Changes to the Agreement
AEGET reserves the right to update, modify, suspend, or terminate this Agreement at any time. Updated versions take effect immediately upon publication. Continued use of Event Contract services implies acceptance of the revised terms.
X. Miscellaneous
If this Agreement is provided in multiple languages, the English version shall prevail in case of any conflict or ambiguity.
