This guide is designed for certified merchants engaging in OTC (Over-The-Counter) trading on the AEGET platform. It covers trading preparation, ad management, order handling, and FAQs. Please review carefully to ensure smooth and secure transactions.
I. Trading Preparation
1. How Do Merchants Make a Profit?
Merchants can earn a profit by setting their own USDT buy and sell prices. AEGET does not intervene in pricing. For example, if a merchant buys USDT at 6.3 CNY and sells it at 6.5 CNY, they earn a 0.2 CNY margin per USDT.
2. Does the Platform Charge Fees?
Currently, AEGET does not charge any fees for OTC transactions. Merchants are free to set their own prices and trading amounts.
3. What Risk Control Measures Are in Place?
To protect funds and ensure safe transactions, AEGET has implemented the following risk controls:
(1) Merchants can choose to trade only with users who have completed fiat transactions
(2) All users must complete advanced KYC verification to access trading features
(3) USDT purchased by users is subject to a T+1 withdrawal policy
(4) Merchants can resell purchased USDT immediately but withdrawals follow the same T+1 rule
II. Ad Management
1. How to Post an Advertisement
Merchants can post buy or sell ads on the AEGET web platform. Steps are as follows:
(1) Enter the ad posting page
(2) Select ad type:
- Sell: Sell USDT to receive CNY
- Buy: Use CNY to buy USDT
(3) Set a fixed price (pricing is fully controlled by merchants)
(4) Set trading amount, minimum and maximum order limits, and payment time limit (recommended: 30 minutes)
(5) Choose payment methods (e.g., bank card, WeChat, Alipay)
(6) Optional: Set auto-reply messages and notes
(7) Review all details and publish the ad
2. Ad Quantity and Ranking Rules
(1) Each merchant can post up to 2 buy ads and 2 sell ads
(2) Ad ranking priority is as follows:
- Online merchants are prioritized
- Better price (higher for buy, lower for sell)
- Verified merchants are ranked higher
If prices are the same, verified merchants are prioritized. Among verified merchants, ranking is determined by order completion rate and total orders.
3. How to Increase Ad Limit
Ad limit is based on the merchant's security deposit and verification level. To raise the limit, merchants can increase their deposit or apply for a higher verification tier.
III. Order Management
1. Sell Order Process
(1) User places a buy order for USDT
(2) After payment, the merchant clicks “Payment Received” and verifies the transaction
(3) Once funds are confirmed, the merchant clicks “Confirm Receipt” to release USDT
Tip: Always check transaction details via the chat window to prevent fraud
2. Buy Order Process
(1) User places a sell order for USDT
(2) Merchant makes payment within the specified time and clicks “I’ve Paid”
(3) User confirms receipt and releases USDT
Tip: Ensure the payment account name matches the user’s verified name
3. How to View Merchant Orders
Merchants can view all transactions under the “Order Management” section on the web platform. Mobile access will be available in a future update.
4. How to Handle Disputes
In case of disputes, merchants can submit an appeal via the order page. AEGET customer support will intervene and handle the issue.
