1. Agreement Overview
To ensure a fair and secure trading environment and enhance user experience, AEGET has established this OTC Service Agreement.
This agreement applies to your entire use of OTC services on the platform and may be updated from time to time. Updated content takes effect upon publication.
Please read carefully before proceeding with any OTC transactions.
2. Identity Verification & Compliance
2.1 AEGET is committed to anti-money laundering compliance. All users must complete identity verification before using OTC services.
2.2 Payment methods (e.g., bank card, WeChat, Alipay) must be under your verified name.
2.3 If your transactions trigger risk controls, you are required to cooperate with verification requests and provide relevant materials.
2.4 Failure to cooperate or high-risk behavior may result in restrictions on your account.
3. Buyer Guidelines
3.1 After placing an order, please use a supported payment method to complete payment within the specified time and click 'I have paid'.
3.2 Only use your own verified payment accounts unless explicitly agreed upon by the seller. Third-party or unverified payments are not supported.
3.3 Unless otherwise stated, any transaction fees are the buyer's responsibility. Ensure the seller receives the full order amount.
3.4 Do not click 'I have paid' unless the payment is completed. Misuse may result in restricted account functions.
3.5 Use instant payment methods whenever possible. For orders over 50,000 CNY, split into smaller transfers.
3.6 Do not include terms like 'BTC', 'crypto', or 'buy coins' in the transfer note to avoid triggering risk controls.
3.7 If the seller does not release the assets after you have paid, you may file an appeal with customer support. We will verify your claim and resolve the issue promptly if compliant.
4. Seller Guidelines
4.1 Your receiving account must match your verified identity on AEGET.
4.2 After confirming full payment, release the crypto within 30 minutes.
4.3 Do not request cancellation or price changes without the buyer's agreement.
4.4 Keep your registered phone number accessible for order communication.
4.5 Do not change your receiving information during an active order.
5. Risk Management & Platform Action
5.1 AEGET may initiate risk reviews and take appropriate actions such as delay, restriction, or freezing orders based on user behavior.
5.2 If fraudulent, illegal, or suspicious behavior is detected, AEGET may suspend services or ban the account.
5.3 Misconduct during transactions including harassment, threats, or abusive behavior will lead to severe penalties including account restriction or termination.
6. Risk Notice & Disclaimer
6.1. OTC trading carries inherent risks such as price volatility, counterparty default, and payment delays. Please evaluate your risk tolerance.
6.2 AEGET acts solely as a matching platform and is not a party to the transactions. It does not bear responsibility for disputes between users.
6.3 While AEGET will assist with dispute resolution, it does not guarantee outcomes for each transaction.
6.4 AEGET is not liable for losses due to force majeure events such as system failure, network outages, or regulatory changes.
7. Agreement Updates
AEGET may update this agreement periodically to reflect policy or operational changes. Updates will be announced, and continued use indicates your acceptance.

If you encounter any issues while using OTC services, feel free to contact AEGET customer support for assistance.

We strongly encourage communication and appeals to be conducted through official channels. Avoid private transactions or unverified payment without confirmation.
