Welcome to AEGET's OTC Merchant Services.
This agreement ("Agreement") is made between AEGET (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform" or "we") and any user who applies to become an OTC merchant through the Platform (hereinafter referred to as "Merchant" or "you").
By applying for or using AEGET's ad posting privileges, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with this Agreement and all relevant rules and updates published by AEGET. If you do not agree to any terms of this Agreement, please immediately stop using merchant services and request deactivation.
1. Scope of Service
This Agreement applies to:
1.1 Users who have passed AEGET merchant verification and obtained ad posting privileges;
1.2 Users who have paid a deposit but whose verification is still under review;
1.3 Users who have requested to exit merchant status while their deposit remains with the platform.
2. Services Provided
Upon successful verification, merchants receive the following additional services:
- Ad Posting: Set buy/sell prices and limits for matched OTC trading.
- Dedicated Support: One-on-one assistance for disputes and order management.
- Verified Badge: Special ID tag displayed next to nickname for user trust.
- Other Services: AEGET may launch or adjust additional merchant services as needed.
3. Merchant Verification & Exit
3.1 Required Documentation:
- Full name, contact, IM ID, emergency contact info;
- Deposit (starting from 3000 USDT as publicly listed);
- Identity/address documents (e.g. utility bill, lease, etc.)
3.2 Application Process:
Submit info → Pay deposit → Submit for review → Approval within 3 working days
33. Merchant Exit:
You may apply to exit merchant status. If no unresolved orders or violations exist, your deposit will be refunded within 7 working days.
4. Deposit Management
4.1 Purpose:
Deposits are used for platform risk control. They are not interest-bearing or tradeable.
4.2 Deduction Conditions (including but not limited to):
- Dispute ruled against merchant causing user loss;
- Fraud, money laundering, price manipulation, off-platform transactions;
- Use of non-verified payment accounts or encouraging offline transactions.
AEGET reserves the right to freeze or deduct deposits as necessary.
5. Disqualification
AEGET may disqualify a merchant and forfeit deposit under the following conditions:
- Invalid or inconsistent payment accounts;
- Inducing users to transact off-platform;
- Repeated cancellations, failure to release funds, poor service;
- Low trading volume or completion rate over 30 days;
- Triggering risk control measures or account linkage to suspicious activity.
6. Trading & Compliance
- Merchants must use real-name accounts for transactions;
- Participation in illegal fund flows is strictly prohibited;
- Misleading conduct or market disruption is not tolerated.
7. Disclaimers
- AEGET is not liable for merchant-caused losses due to misconduct;
- AEGET is not liable for risks related to third-party or off-platform transactions;
- AEGET may modify this Agreement or related policies at any time.
This Agreement becomes effective upon publication. Continued use of merchant services indicates your full acceptance.
